My advantage is the good ability of communicating with client, consultant and contractor from both China and foreign countries, familiar with both Chinese and International regulation, understanding the culture and work approach difference. The challenge involved in this project is the life office, all the tasks are finished in around 1000 m2 during office operation time. The management should not only achieve the task to deliver the project in time but also fulfil client’s requirement during the normal operation time.
